I can’t begin to express how excited I am to be your official NORM Healthy Manager! They say if you love what you do, you will never have to work a day in your life, and boy could that not be any more accurate!
I already love the idea that I can help you, wherever you are in this world!
The health and fitness industry has become a huge passion of mine over the past two and a half years. Becoming active and making healthy choices has changed my life…DRASTICALLY. The joy and sense of accomplishment I now feel is something I want you to feel as well!
So what’s my role? Well, I am here to motivate you, support you and guide you on this journey of making healthy habits and living an active lifestyle. You are not in this alone, and there is never a wrong time to change your life.
With that said, let’s start 2018 off right! Yeah, I know it’s almost February but for some of us, January is a trial run of our New Year’s resolutions, right? 🙂 That’s ok if your resolutions didn’t kick off to a great start, let’s make that change now because you now have a Health Manager that cares about your health and wellbeing!
