2018 Conference Information
Thank you for being a vendor at our conference in Tampa, FL on October 4-6, 2018.
Breakfast, breaks and lunch each day are in the exhibit room hall. You must plan to have representative(s) in the exhibit hall during breakfast, breaks and lunch on Friday and Saturday. We will have a trailmap to encourage attendees to visit with our vendors and someone will need to be at your booth to participate. We also use a game on our conference mobile app to encourage our attendees to visit. The exhibit hall is open throughout the meeting however we only require that booths be staffed during the specified times.

Corporate Description and Event Representatives
Your 25 word corporate description is due to Tammy Bulger no later than September 1, 2018.
Email your corporate representatives names and emails no later than September 24, 2018.
Vendors will receive a detailed email from Ms. Bulger in late June/early July.

Shipping to the Conference:
This year NORM is working the UPS Store located in the hotel. The UPS store is happy to help you with any printing needs in addition to your shipping/receiving needs. The UPS exhibitor drayage page is available here.
Exhibitor Drayage: $1.35 per pound with a minimum of $10.00 and a maximum of $135.00 per item. Crates or containers on four wheels are $250.00 and pallets are $400.00. Fees cover both inbound and outbound handling and are assessed based on each individualin-coming package, case, crate or palette.
To ensure that your boxes are at your exhibit table/booth when you arrive to set-up this form must be completed and returned to the UPS store by September 24, 2018.

Shipping After the Conference:
The UPS store will handle shipping your items to your next meeting or to your office. The form you completed to ensure your boxes were at your exhibit table/booth includes instructions for return shipping. If you check that you are bringing your labels you must bring the appropriate label.
Trash cans will be provided for any trash from your exhibit; do not leave trash sitting on table – place it in the trash cans.
Exhibit Booth/Table Numbers
Exhibit table/booth numbers will be assigned and emailed to you on or before August 15. They are necessary to order additional items for your booth and to ship items to the hotel.
Exhibitors – Exhibit tables are 6′ long tables.
NORM will provide WiFi for the conference. However, if you need to stream items or need extra bandwidth please use the AV form to order.
If you need a TV or other AV items please use the AV form to order.
NORM will also provide electricity for corporate members and sponsors. Exhibitors if you need electricity please use the AV link to purchase.

Accommodations for the National Organization of Rheumatology Managers Annual Meeting can be made through the Tampa Marriott Waterside Hotel and Marina. For reservations call (888) 789-3090 and request the NORM meeting guest room block. If you prefer to make guestroom reservations on-line click here. To take advantage of our special rate reservations must be made prior to September 6, 2018. Please note that once our guestrooms fill we cannot guarantee that our special rate will be available. We suggest making plans early.
