2020 Conference Information
Thank you for being a vendor at our conference in Austin, TX September 24-26, 2020.
Breakfast, breaks and lunch each day are in the exhibit room hall. You must plan to have representative(s) in the exhibit hall during breakfast, breaks and lunch on Friday and Saturday. We will have a trailmap to encourage attendees to visit with our vendors and someone will need to be at your booth to participate. The exhibit hall is open throughout the meeting however we only require that booths be staffed during the specified times.

Thursday, September 24 – Set-Up
1:00pm – 5:00pm Exhibit Hall Set-up & Registration
Friday, September 25
5:30am – 6:15am Exhibit Hall Set-Up & Registration
6:30am – 8:00am Breakfast
10:45am – 11:30am Morning Break
12:45pm – 2:15pm Lunch
3:15pm – 4:00pm Afternoon Break
4:15pm Exhibit Hall closes
Saturday, September 26
7:00am – 8:00am Breakfast
10:00am – 10:45am Morning Break
12:00pm – 1:15pm Lunch
1:30pm begin exhibit breakdown
4:00pm all exhibit materials must be ready for shipping
Corporate Description and Event Representatives
Vendors will receive a detailed email from Ms. Bulger in late June/early July with instructions.

Shipping & Booth Supplies Information
Additional information by March 1.
Exhibit Booth/Table Numbers
Exhibit table/booth numbers will be assigned and emailed to you on or before August 15. They are necessary to order additional items for your booth and to ship items to the hotel.
AV Needs –
If you need AV, please use the information referenced in the Art Craft Display kit (link to welcome letter above).
An email containing the link to register for the conference and make your hotel reservations will be shared with NORM’s contact at each organization. NORM’s guestroom block closes on August 21, 2020. Please do not call the hotel and book rooms. The registration system will collect names of attendees as well as allow that person to make hotel reservations for each attendee.
